Arch Dental is one of the best dental everyone would like to go, excellent customer service and the people make you feel at easy.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. I am in a manual chair and they always try and help me transfer to and from the chair. I went into the office today. The news I was given upset me abit. But both of us took a bit of time to think on the procedure and we went ahead and compromised. The Dentist & staff are very nice understanding and listen to what your concerns are I am a real scary cat when it comes to dentists this one keeps me calm. I would recommend them to anyone!

I was looking for a dental office which allows walk-Ins for a dental emergency. The staff was very courteous & Angelina scheduled me in, for the same day. The X-ray tech was also friendly & polite. What really surprised me was when the doctor herself worked on my “needed dental treatment.” I am so used to hygienist doing the job. This was a very welcome change & for the better. I left 45 min later, happier & with a better mouth feel. Would recommend this place to everyone & anyone looking for a “Family dentistry” — for anybody who wishes to be treated with fairness, respect, courtesy & compassion. Well done, Arch Dental. 😃

It was my first time there since moving from Southern California and I can honestly say I loved every bit of it. From the hospitality to the niceness of every staff member that spoke to me and also the doctor. It’s very rare you find a dentist office that actually cares about the patients instead of being in it for the money and getting you to pay to get stuff done that’s not really needed. Also the cherry on top was the speedy service. My initial appointment was Tuesday and I was in the next day getting work done how awesome is it that?!

Great staff, and Dr. Kaur is Great. I enjoy the fact that she does 98% of the dental work/procedures herself. Even the general cleaning. Most dentists do exam then let the others in the office do the rest. She is soft spoken and to the point. The office staff (actually one person) is helpful and knowledgeable. I always have a text to remind me of my next apt. and when I get there I don't ever wait long to get in.

I just moved close to 1 year ago from San Jose and I wasn't sure who I want to be my new dentist. I saw the flyers for Arch Dental and it was also advertised in the mall. Dr. Kaur excepts patients with Care Credit which I have and her office is very close to my home. Glad I chose her. She did a great job extracting my 2 top molars that were really bad cavaties.
We love their friendliness and they are always on top of things. Office is clean, Sarah is always very helpful and all the staff are wonderful. They are a private office so they have more time to dedicate to each client not like a big corporate office, if you know what I mean. A+++++ for sure!!!

I have had the best care every time I have gone to my appts. The staff is so kind and professional as well as welcoming. My capp fell out and I was able to go in the very next morning to see the doctor. The doctor and staff explains each procedure in detail and give different option to fit my budget. I am a walking advisement for “Ach Dental” bc I’m always speaking about my experience and the work that they do and always recommending ppl to this dentist office.

I LOVED THIS PLACE! I am a very weary person when it comes to Dentist trying to rip me off because THEY ALL DO! Sorry but it's true. Dentist always try to tell you that you will be needing procedure's or work you don't when they know you are paying cash or on credit, and they can really rack it up AND THEY DO! Not here! I got exactly what I needed and did not feel at all pressured into anything else. I love how upfront and honest they are and BONUS they are super cool and, the dentist made me laugh. OH and lastly I have NEVER had novocaine the way she did it and I have been to a dentist a lot in my adult life and this was the first time I didn't feel any of the needles like AT ALL! I thought that was soo awesome.

I made an appointment for the same day I called and they got me in after work. I needed a tooth pulled and a crown prepared. They took care of business quickly. By 6:00 I was on my way. Don't really like the dentist so I'm glad they sat me down and just started goin at it. They were kind and courteous also.

Very pleased with the last 2 visits my daughter and I have had. They are great with my 4 year old. Dr Kaur and her team were the first dental team she would let anywhere near her teeth and the visits have been successful. They even have a special jungle themed room for the kids.

I dislike dentist ever since I was not able to see my pediatric dentist over 20years ago. I must say Arch dental is very welcoming. Dr is great staff is great location is great inside is great. I will continue bringing my teenagers and myself here until we leave Tracy

I was attended immediately as per schedule. The doctor was highly professional. However, the Nurse who took my X-ray was not so experienced. It is OK we need to give time for getting expertise. My overall experience was very satisfying though I postponed my deep cleaning due to my travel plans. Office Manager who attended me also took the pain to get my Insurance etc transferred to their clinic. I am impressed with their helping and caring attitude

I had a fear of dentists due to the fact that every dentist I have ever gone to has been rough on my teeth. Arch Dental was amazing. They were welcoming, compassionate, and they make sure to take care of you right way. They kept me up-to-date during my whole entire cleaning, showing me X-rays of my teeth and educating me how to keep my teeth and gum healthy. No long waits and easy to make my next appointment also they have awesome payment plans. They're absolutely brilliant and I would recommend them to anyone!
Doc Kaur is a sweetheart! You'll love her. She won't let you hurt and won't mind even if you are a big crybaby like me. Her staff is friendly and Sarah the receptionist is warm and friendly. And the shopping center where the office is located has plenty of parking spaces any time you go there. There is a Rite Aid in the same shopping center in case you need to get a prescription filled after your visit.
I experienced a very bad tooth ache at work after eating my lunch and somehow able to manage it with pain medication. I called the Arch Dental right after I got off from work to make an appointment if they could see me the same day. They were extremely helpful and very accommodating. I got to see them just 45 minutes after I called them and got a very timely and appropriate consultation, got a very reliable estimate and had a root canal done right then and there in the same day. Every member of the staff that worked with me was excellent. They gave me information on Care Credit when I mentioned such a last minute expense would be difficult for me to deal with and they were able to point me in to the right direction to get everything taken care of. Overall, I would say they are responsible for the best dental experience I've ever had in my life in the dental office.
She has a kind, warm & understanding disposition as well as knowledgeable, these attributes make for a comfortable stress-free visit! Arch Dentistry has been a wonderful experience considering my situation

Arch Dental is one of the best dental everyone would like to go, excellent customer service and the people make you feel at easy.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. I am in a manual chair and they always try and help me transfer to and from the chair. I went into the office today. The news I was given upset me abit. But both of us took a bit of time to think on the procedure and we went ahead and compromised. The Dentist & staff are very nice understanding and listen to what your concerns are I am a real scary cat when it comes to dentists this one keeps me calm. I would recommend them to anyone!

I was looking for a dental office which allows walk-Ins for a dental emergency. The staff was very courteous & Angelina scheduled me in, for the same day. The X-ray tech was also friendly & polite. What really surprised me was when the doctor herself worked on my “needed dental treatment.” I am so used to hygienist doing the job. This was a very welcome change & for the better. I left 45 min later, happier & with a better mouth feel. It was my first time there since moving from Southern California and I can honestly say I loved every bit of it. From the hospitality to the niceness of every staff member that spoke to me and also the doctor. It’s very rare you find a dentist office that actually cares about the patients instead of being in it for the money and getting you to pay to get stuff done that’s not really needed. Also the cherry on top was the speedy service. My initial appointment was Tuesday and I was in the next day getting work done how awesome is it that?!

Great staff, and Dr. Kaur is Great. I enjoy the fact that she does 98% of the dental work/procedures herself. Even the general cleaning. Most dentists do exam then let the others in the office do the rest. She is soft spoken and to the point. The office staff (actually one person) is helpful and knowledgeable. I always have a text to remind me of my next apt. and when I get there I don't ever wait long to get in.

I had called a different dental office in the area before Arch Dental and that other office did not make any effort whatsoever to find me an appointment window that worked best for my schedule. They claimed they couldn't schedule me anytime soon and they don't schedule too far in advance. I cannot say this with certainty but I believe they were treating me like this due to my less desirable HMO plan. Luckily, I decided to call Arch Dental and was offered an appointment window of my choosing. The entire staff was welcoming during my first visit especially the dental assistant, Yvonne, who took my X-rays. Dr. Kaur was also great in her work as I did not feel any extreme discomfort during the cleaning. Most importantly, I was glad that they did not make up an excuse to charge me anything for my free 6-month cleaning. If everything goes well with my future visits, then Dr. Kaur will probably become my long-term dentist.

I cannot say this with certainty but I believe they were treating me like this due to my less desirable HMO plan. Luckily, I decided to call Arch Dental and was offered an appointment window of my choosing. The entire staff was welcoming during my first visit especially the dental assistant, Yvonne, who took my X-rays. Dr. Kaur was also great in her work as I did not feel any extreme discomfort during the cleaning. Most importantly, I was glad that they did not make up an excuse to charge me anything for my free 6-month cleaning. If everything goes well with my future visits, then Dr. Kaur will probably become my long-term dentist.

I just moved close to 1 year ago from San Jose and I wasn't sure who I want to be my new dentist. I saw the flyers for Arch Dental and it was also advertised in the mall. Dr. Kaur excepts patients with Care Credit which I have and her office is very close to my home. Glad I chose her. She did a great job extracting my 2 top molars that were really bad cavaties.
We love their friendliness and they are always on top of things. Office is clean, Sarah is always very helpful and all the staff are wonderful. They are a private office so they have more time to dedicate to each client not like a big corporate office, if you know what I mean. A+++++ for sure!!!

I have had the best care every time I have gone to my appts. The staff is so kind and professional as well as welcoming. My capp fell out and I was able to go in the very next morning to see the doctor. The doctor and staff explains each procedure in detail and give different option to fit my budget. I am a walking advisement for “Ach Dental” bc I’m always speaking about my experience and the work that they do and always recommending ppl to this dentist office.

I LOVED THIS PLACE! I am a very weary person when it comes to Dentist trying to rip me off because THEY ALL DO! Sorry but it's true. Dentist always try to tell you that you will be needing procedure's or work you don't when they know you are paying cash or on credit, and they can really rack it up AND THEY DO! Not here! I got exactly what I needed and did not feel at all pressured into anything else. I love how upfront and honest they are and BONUS they are super cool and, the dentist made me laugh. OH and lastly I have NEVER had novocaine the way she did it and I have been to a dentist a lot in my adult life and this was the first time I didn't feel any of the needles like AT ALL! I thought that was soo awesome.

I made an appointment for the same day I called and they got me in after work. I needed a tooth pulled and a crown prepared. They took care of business quickly. By 6:00 I was on my way. Don't really like the dentist so I'm glad they sat me down and just started goin at it. They were kind and courteous also.

My visit with Dr. Kaur was an excellent one. Her staff (Sarah and Kelly) were friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Kaur was thorough in her explanation of what needed to be done in regards to my visit.

Very pleased with the last 2 visits my daughter and I have had. They are great with my 4 year old. Dr Kaur and her team were the first dental team she would let anywhere near her teeth and the visits have been successful. They even have a special jungle themed room for the kids.

I dislike dentist ever since I was not able to see my pediatric dentist over 20years ago. I must say Arch dental is very welcoming. Dr is great staff is great location is great inside is great. I will continue bringing my teenagers and myself here until we leave Tracy

From the front office to the dental chair it was one of the most professional and caring expierences I have ever had and am so glad I finally found a place to stick with who's #1 priority is your level of comfort.
I was attended immediately as per schedule. The doctor was highly professional. However, the Nurse who took my X-ray was not so experienced. It is OK we need to give time for getting expertise. My overall experience was very satisfying though I postponed my deep cleaning due to my travel plans. Office Manager who attended me also took the pain to get my Insurance etc transferred to their clinic. I am impressed with their helping and caring attitude

I had a fear of dentists due to the fact that every dentist I have ever gone to has been rough on my teeth. Arch Dental was amazing. They were welcoming, compassionate, and they make sure to take care of you right way. They kept me up-to-date during my whole entire cleaning, showing me X-rays of my teeth and educating me how to keep my teeth and gum healthy. No long waits and easy to make my next appointment also they have awesome payment plans. They're absolutely brilliant and I would recommend them to anyone!
Doc Kaur is a sweetheart! You'll love her. She won't let you hurt and won't mind even if you are a big crybaby like me. Her staff is friendly and Sarah the receptionist is warm and friendly. And the shopping center where the office is located has plenty of parking spaces any time you go there. There is a Rite Aid in the same shopping center in case you need to get a prescription filled after your visit.
I experienced a very bad tooth ache at work after eating my lunch and somehow able to manage it with pain medication. I called the Arch Dental right after I got off from work to make an appointment if they could see me the same day. They were extremely helpful and very accommodating. I got to see them just 45 minutes after I called them and got a very timely and appropriate consultation, got a very reliable estimate and had a root canal done right then and there in the same day. Every member of the staff that worked with me was excellent. They gave me information on Care Credit when I mentioned such a last minute expense would be difficult for me to deal with and they were able to point me in to the right direction to get everything taken care of. Overall, I would say they are responsible for the best dental experience I've ever had in my life in the dental office.
